Elizabeth J. Citurs
Elizabeth J. Citurs is an associate practicing in the areas of food safety, products liability defense, class action litigation and commercial litigation. Beth has extensive experience in complex litigation matters that includes both trial practice and arbitration hearings. Prior to joining the firm, Beth was a commercial litigation associate at a large Minneapolis law firm and later served as in-house counsel for a Minneapolis-based international corporation.
Beth is admitted to the Minnesota State Bar and the Federal District Court for the District of Minnesota and was named a 2004 “Rising Star” by Minnesota Law & Politics, a recognition based on attorney polling across Minnesota. Beth has published multiple articles and presented at several seminars on complex litigation topics such as indemnity issues in multi-party litigation, as well as on arbitration laws and procedures.
Beth graduated with honors from the Carlson School of Management with an emphasis in accounting and then cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School. While at the Law School, Beth served as a Managing Editor of the Journal of Law & Inequality and was a certified student attorney for the child advocacy clinic.
