Mark R. Jundt
Mark R. Jundt is an associate practicing in the areas of real estate, business representation, corporate law and commercial litigation. In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Jundt runs a regional real estate investing firm. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Jundt worked for Best Buy, Inc. as an Analyst in the area of Strategic Alliances and later worked as a law clerk in the Office of General Counsel.
Mr. Jundt graduated with distinction from North Dakota State University in Fargo, North Dakota with a B.S. in Business Administration and concentrations in Marketing and Economics. He graduated cum laude from Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota, with a certified concentration in Business Representation, where he was on the Dean’s List and the recipient of the Presidential Scholarship all three years attended. While at Hamline, Mr. Jundt served as a Research Assistant to the Director of Legal Writing and also as a Legal Writing tutor. Mr. Jundt is admitted to the Minnesota State Bar, as well as the Federal District Court for the District of Minnesota and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Jundt also assists clients throughout the contiguous United States in the areas of real estate transactions and general corporate law.
