Martin “Skip” Burke
Skip Burke is co-founder of Blackwell Burke P.A. and a litigator with experience in asbestos litigation, commercial litigation, and products liability defense. Skip spent 37 years at Faegre & Benson, where he gained extensive experience in complex business litigation, products liability, and professional liability across the country. He has served as National Counsel to numerous Fortune 100 companies. His past positions include Special Assistant Attorney General in Minnesota and President of the Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association. Skip is a graduate of Yale University and the University of Chicago Law School.
