Michael Moline
Michael Moline is a shareholder in the litigation department, concentrating on products liability, construction, class action defense, and complex commercial litigation. Michael is a Board Certified Civil Trial Specialist, recognized by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and Minnesota State Bar Association, having tried more than fifty cases and argued more than five hundred binding arbitrations. He has lectured locally and nationally on commercial and civil trial practice issues. His clients include the country’s largest manufacturer of residential windows and doors, developers, and product manufacturers. Michael is admitted to practice in the state and federal district courts of Minnesota and Wisconsin.
