Mike Hatch
Mike Hatch is special counsel with Blackwell Burke P.A. He served as Attorney General of the State of Minnesota from 1999 to 2006. As the State’s chief legal officer, Mike represented the State of Minnesota and the public in a vast array of legal matters. Mike has an extensive range of government and private sector experience in legal and regulatory matters, practicing primarily in the areas of complex litigation, regulatory compliance, banking, real estate, financial services, health care, insurance, unfair competition, and counseling and advising clients on internal investigations and strategies for problem solving, including interacting and negotiating with regulators.
