BACKGROUND

Alyssa L. Rebensdorf has represented Blackwell Burke P.A.’s food industry clients in state and federal courts around the nation in matters ranging from defense of food adulteration and food borne illness claims to assessment of issues arising from product recall. Her broader experience as a products liability litigator has given her the opportunity to represent a wide range of companies, from internationally known makers of food, drug and cosmetic products to major manufacturers of fluid handling systems, HVAC equipment and industrial machinery.

Ms. Rebensdorf’s insight into federal court practice, developed during a two-year judicial clerkship with the Hon. David S. Doty of the U.S. District Court of Minnesota, provides added value to Blackwell Burke P.A.’s extensive work as national counsel for companies that require representation in multiple jurisdictions.
