Orian C. Southall
BACKGROUND
Orian Southall is special counsel with Blackwell Burke P.A., practicing in the areas of products liability and complex commercial litigation.
She has an extensive background in toxic tort litigation and trial practice, and is licensed in six states as well as the District of Columbia.
Ms. Southall’s practice includes the defense of clients with multiple product liability claims involving a single product or family of products.
She works actively with the firm’s clients and attorneys to develop a global strategic framework for the defense of multiple, similar claims.
Ms. Southall graduated from the University of Virginia and obtained her law degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel
Hill. She is a member of various state and national bars and donates her time to several women’s organizations. Ms. Southall offices
primarily in Atlanta, GA.
